Dr. Stephan Berchtold

Stephan accompanies the development of individuals and organizations as a consultant and moderator. He is a Design Thinking Coach, lateral thinker and trainer for the Process Communication Model.

Prof. Dr. Stefan Güldenberg

Stefan is a university professor for international management. He deals with strategic management, leadership & organization and digitalization.

Dr. Thomas K. Hamann

Thomas is a management consultant and executive trainer. Before founding his own consulting company, he worked for top tier consulting firms and in the automotive industry (strategy & business development).

Dr. Korbinian Spann

Korbinian is an independent consultant for digital marketing and eCommerce (B2C and B2B). He is also co-founder and managing director of a start-up in the field of artificial intelligence. Previously, he was responsible for global digital marketing at an apparel manufacturer.

Stefan Güldenberg

Stefan Güldenberg is a university professor and mastermind of the knowledge society, Platform founder, Consultant, executive coach and knowledge entrepreneur. He conducts research on and supports the development of strategy and transformation processes.

 

He has 25 years of experience in research, knowledge transfer and practice.

 

His focus is on the following areas: Digital strategies, sustainable leadership, future of work and knowledge management.

 

Stefan Güldenberg studied economics, mathematics, computer science, philosophy and English at the University of Ulm, received his doctorate and then habilitated at the University of Economics in Vienna. Stays abroad led him to Harvard University, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and the National University of Singapore, among others.

Thomas K. Hamann

Thomas K. Hamann Management consultant, management trainer and lecturer at various universities and business schools.

 

He has more than 20 years of professional experience in top management consulting (including McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company) and in the automotive industry (Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche Aktiengesellschaft, Strategy & Corporate Development Division).

 

His focus is on the following areas: strategic management, business wargaming, business building, leadership & organization, sales/CRM/after sales and operational excellence. He also conducts scientific research on platform economics.

 

Thomas K. Hamann studied business administration at the University of St. Gallen, where he also received his doctorate in business wargaming.

Korbinian instep

Korbinian Spann is a consultant and lecturer for digital marketing and eCommerce as well as founder and managing director of a start-up company in the field of artificial intelligence. He is an expert in digital marketing and communication. 
 
He has more than 15 years of experience in agencies and international companies, where he has worked as a team leader. 
 
His focus is on a customer-oriented and sustainable implementation of digitization. Therefore, he focuses on customer centricity, personalization and automation to unfold the potential of strategic communication. 
 
Korbinian Spann studied humanities in Freiburg and at Harvard University; he was supported by the German National Academic Foundation during his studies and doctorate.

He has more than 20 years experience as a consultant and university lecturer. He also has several years of experience as head of a university course and in curriculum development.
